THE ROLE
You will lead a major store in Singapore, Malaysia or Philippines. Each store is amongst the largest in the luxury industry, we pride ourselves as the no.1 brand in most locations. Your role will have a significant impact to the P&L of our brand.
As the figurehead of a landmark store, you are the Louis Vuitton brand ambassador. You lead a team in building high-end lifestyles for our clients, by integrating expansive categories that constantly surprises the world.
Your store is at the forefront of retail development, featuring novel dining, artistic and cultural offerings that you effectively leverage for client journeys. You have a rich calendar of best-in-class client experiences, from in-store animations to exclusive global events. This means you have an unlimited playground at your fingertips, and the opportunity to drive success across multiple complex touchpoints.
The team of 60 to 120 employees you lead is the key to your success. You will develop Managers that ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton promise.
PROFIL
You should have led the success of major brands, in commercial aspects, and in elevating brand desirability. You are exceptional at building engaged high-end clientele, while delighting high-volumes of walk-ins.
Being at the forefront of the business excites you - managing HQ stakeholders, building sound business strategies, leading large retail operations, inspiring your teams and relating with high-profile regional clients.
You bring sophistication in all you do, elevating brand desirability is the centre of all your endeavours.
